Dr. Richard Yost
Chiropractor
Dr. Rick Yost graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2006. While at Logan, Dr. Yost received post-graduate certification in rehabilitation of the neuromusculoskeletal system. He has attended post-graduate courses through the Motion Palpation Institute dealing with both diagnosis and treatment of spine and extremity conditions. Dr. Yost has a special interest in Active Release Techniques (ART). He began studying ART in 2004 and has achieved the following certifications: Lower Extremity, Upper Extremity, Spine, Nerve Entrapments, and Masters. Dr. Yost has been selected to be a member of both the Active Release Techniques Elite Provider Network and the Ironman Provider Network.
Dr. Yost enjoys all sports, but spends most of his free time training for marathons. He treats many local runners, cyclists and triathletes. Dr. Yost has had the opportunity to treat athletes at all levels of competition including: Olympic medalists, professional runners, MLB players, NFL players, and collegiate All-Americans.
Dr. Sophie Brodeur
Chiropractor
An active triathlete, Dr. Brodeur is one of the few chiropractors in Greater Cincinnati who specialize in Active Release Techniques® (ART). ART providers are trained to palpate and treat more than 300 muscular injuries and over 100 nerve entrapments, which often cause numbness and tingling. ART has proven to be successful in treating professional and amateur athletes, people injured in automobile accidents or at work, and those who simply work rigorously on a daily basis. Full recovery through ART is commonly achieved in four to six treatments. "Being a competitive runner, cyclist and swimmer, I understand the pain and injuries that are common among athletes," Dr. Brodeur says, "and I know how to relieve that pain and help people recover from their injuries, whatever the cause. I'm excited to have my practice as one of the area's few that deliver Active Release treatments." Dr. Brodeur is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and has been practicing for 11 years. She is a certified chiropractic sports physician as well. She has completed many marathons and triathlons. She is also involved with local running groups for injury prevention clinics. She treated athletes at 2003 Hawaii Ironman then went on to qualify and raced Hawaii in 2005. She is a fully certified active release doctor, has also completed the course in biomechanics, long tract nerve entrapment and the Masters course. She has been actively teaching ART for 4 years now. "I work on many local runners, cyclist, triathletes, gymnasts and many other athletes." Dr. Brodeur also works at General Electric and treat injured workers with cases such as tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, wrist sprain, shoulder tendonitis, plantar fasciitis thru the ART corporate solutions program.
Dr. Brett Krupp
Chiropractor
In 2009, Dr. Brett Krupp received his Doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. While at Logan, Dr. Krupp received post-graduate certifications through the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) dealing with both diagnosis and treatment of spine and extremity conditions. He has post-graduate certifications in the rehabilitative management and treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders as well as with the clinical management and treatment of musculoskeletal pain in pregnancy. Dr. Krupp has an athletic background and special interest in sports injuries, so he is pursuing his Master's Degree in Sports Science and Sports Rehabilitation. Also, he has become full body certified in Active Release Techniques® (ART) including long nerve entrapments in order to better help with his patient's neuromusculoskeletal problems.
Dr. Krupp's approach to patient health care includes advice, chiropractic joint manipulation (adjusting), soft tissue therapy through ART, and rehabilitation/therapeutic exercises. Through this approach, he strives to achieve long-term results for his patients within an efficient timeframe. Ultimately, with the doctor and patient working as a team, the mission is to maximize the health and well-being of his patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Krupp enjoys exercising and sports, keeping up-to-date with the latest in patient care, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
