Dr. Sophie Brodeur

Chiropractor

An active triathlete, Dr. Brodeur is one of the few chiropractors in Greater Cincinnati who specialize in Active Release Techniques® (ART). ART providers are trained to palpate and treat more than 300 muscular injuries and over 100 nerve entrapments, which often cause numbness and tingling. ART has proven to be successful in treating professional and amateur athletes, people injured in automobile accidents or at work, and those who simply work rigorously on a daily basis. Full recovery through ART is commonly achieved in four to six treatments. "Being a competitive runner, cyclist and swimmer, I understand the pain and injuries that are common among athletes," Dr. Brodeur says, "and I know how to relieve that pain and help people recover from their injuries, whatever the cause. I'm excited to have my practice as one of the area's few that deliver Active Release treatments." Dr. Brodeur is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and has been practicing for 11 years. She is a certified chiropractic sports physician as well. She has completed many marathons and triathlons. She is also involved with local running groups for injury prevention clinics. Dr. Richard - Chiropractor

Dr. Richard Yost

Chiropractor

Dr. Richard Yost is a board certified chiropractic physician. He received his B.S. degree from Muskingum College (New Concord, OH), and later graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic College in 2006 (Chesterfield, MO). He has received post-graduate certification in chiropractic rehabilitation of the nueromusculoskeletal system and Active Release Techniques®. “I use a three-pronged approach that incorporates chiropractic adjusting, Active Release Techniques® and rehabilitation. Pain is often multi-factorial, and often explains why previous treatment methods were not successful for the patient. Therefore a variety of tissues typically need to be addressed,” says Dr. Yost. In addition to in-office care, patients are equipped with therapeutic procedures to maximize the function of their bodies and minimize the risk of re-injury. “My goal is to help patients get out of pain and get back to their normal routines quickly and safely.”
